1. The output wires from the silicon cabinet to all sockets are made of three wires of the same length and output by twisting. Light lines and audio, video and other signal lines are far away from each other. When they must meet, they must cross at 90°, leaving a distance of 0.5M; when it is unavoidable that they must be parallel, the distance should be set to greater than 1M.
  2. All signal connection cables use five-core shielded cables to prevent interference.
3. There is an independent grounding trunk line. Power cables and lamp wires should be installed in metal trunking, and the metal trunking should be grounded.
4. The strong and weak currents of the socket box are separated by metal partitions, which avoids the interference of strong currents on weak currents and ensures the safety of weak current systems.
5. Adopt low smoke (LSF), flame retardant PVC type copper core cable, the cable should be able to work in the environment of 90 ℃ for a long time, and the service life should be more than 30 years under normal use conditions.
6. The socket box is made of internationally advanced products produced by enterprises that meet the "national standard". The strong and weak currents in the socket are separated by metal partitions to ensure safety and facilitate electromagnetic compatibility.
7. The cable tray uses thermal cables for fire detection to prevent cable fires.
  8. Cover the bridge or trunking, and do fireproof treatment. The model, voltage, current carrying capacity, cross-section, number of cores, and sheath of power cables and control cables should meet the requirements of their circuit type, transmission model, operating environment and laying method, and comply with relevant specifications.
  9. Control and power cables for moving parts are flexible cables that meet fire protection requirements. The laying of cables shall comply with the requirements of GB50258-96 "Code for Construction Inspection and Acceptance of Electrical Installation Engineering 1KV and Below Wiring Engineering".
10. Electromagnetic interference should be minimized when laying cables. When a cable hose is used, its length cannot exceed 1 meter. Suspended or sagging flexible cables for power or control lines shall be provided with a stress-relieving central core, the ends of which shall be clamped to relieve conductor stress.
11. The cores of multi-core and shielded cables used in power or control lines are easy to identify by number, and cables with fewer than 25 cores are color-coded, and the number of cable cores is not identified by the type or order of cable laying.
12. Each power and control cable has the same cable number at both ends and is permanently marked with a unique number. The cable numbers are indicated in the wiring diagram.
13. Wires should have sufficient length of cable to meet the requirements regarding the overall travel of the equipment, including travel to the service location. On all cable entry equipment, there are appropriate entry connectors for cable replacement. The remaining sink cables should be wound on a cable reel or placed in the equipment and fixed firmly.
14. When installing the box, it should be aligned perpendicular to the wall, the vertical deviation is not more than 2mm, the incoming and outgoing line boxes are neatly arranged, and an appropriate margin is reserved. The wires of different circuits, different voltages, and AC and DC threading in the pipe shall not be threaded into the same pipe. The wires shall not have joints and twists in the pipe. Before laying the cable, carefully check the cable for mechanical loss and conduct insulation shake test. The quality standards for the installation of power and lighting distribution boxes are in line with the national electrical engineering construction standards. The floor-standing power distribution box is firmly installed on the angle steel or channel steel foundation, fixed with screws, and grounded. The pipes of the incoming and outgoing lines are about 10 cm higher than the base surface in the foundation. The size of the installation location is shown in the drawing requirements, and it is installed against the wall without the access door at the back. The verticality of the floor-mounted power distribution box is 1.5 mm per meter, and the seam between the panels is 2 mm. The lighting box is generally installed on the wall, and this project adopts two types of installation: bright and dark. The concealed wall-mounted distribution box is directly installed in the wall when building the wall, or a hole can be reserved in the wall and then installed. Ensure that the installation is firm, the grounding is good, the installation is flat, positive, and the size meets the design requirements, the bottom edge is 1.5M from the ground, the vertical deviation of the lighting distribution box is not greater than 3MM, and the pipelines entering and leaving the distribution box are distributed in the distribution box and use pipe caps and lock nut. When installing the distribution box, the surface of the cover plate is as flat as the stucco layer, and the pipelines entering and leaving the box shall be concealed.
